At da Shop, we want you to love your style; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your da Shop account or visit our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip provided by our portal.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
